Every DuraPower unit ships with the Autoblocks Controller built in — recipe-driven induction power, on the factory floor, configured to your process.

Protected. Isolated. Rated for life.

Engineered to run, the DuraPower power stage is protected against surge, short-circuit, and open-circuit conditions — and we went one step further by isolating the devices from any DC voltage. With those failure modes designed out, coolant maintenance is the only thing left between you and decades of service. Every unit is rated for 100% power at 100% duty cycle, in the industrial environments where induction actually lives. Lower failure rates. Lower lifetime cost.

DuraPower induction power supplies are built on solid-state IGBT and MOSFET circuitry, paired with RDO's L-LC resonant circuit for precise output control and tuning — reducing isolation-transformer secondary current by 3 to 10 times and eliminating multi-tap ratio transformers. Standard-equipped with remote heat station + quick-disconnect load coil, adaptable to a wide range of induction coils and loads. Engineered for continuous or intermittent operation.

Industrial-grade control. Built in.

DuraPower is the first induction power-supply line shipping with Autoblocks Control integrated as standard equipment. A 10″ industrial touchscreen runs AutoCode on every unit — recipe management, programmable power ramps, precision power-output control, and fault handling and logging. Bar-code recipe selection lets operators scan a part and run.

Process I/O: thermocouple inputs, digital and analog I/O, expandable. Autoblocks Studio enables remote support and offline programming from any PC — engineers can build and validate recipes without taking a unit off the line. Industry-leading scalability: 5 kW to 500 kW, one control language across the entire line.
